The steps you take to renew depend on whether or not your membership has expired already.
If your membership has already expired
(i.e. Your expiry date has already passed and you can't access your dashboard):
To renew your membership:
- Log in to kiddo.edu.au
- Select Renew Now
- Update the number of students enrolled (Pre-school - Year 6)
- Choose your payment method (credit card or invoice) and click Complete Membership Purchase
That’s it — you’ll be ready to go again.
What happens next?
- Credit card: You’ll be emailed a tax invoice receipt for your records.
- Invoice: The KIDDO team will contact you shortly to confirm invoice details. Access to the KIDDO website will be restored once the invoice has been paid.
Please note:
Only users from your school with the KIDDO Manager role can renew a school membership. If you don’t see the Renew Now option, please contact the KIDDO team for help.
If your membership has not yet expired
You can renew your membership within 30 days of your expiry date by following the steps below.
Please note: the KIDDO Organisation Manager at your school is the only person who can renew the membership. If you’re unsure who this is, please contact the KIDDO team.
To renew your membership:
- Log in to kiddo.edu.au and go to your dashboard
- Click on 'Renew Now' (please note: this only shows up within 30 days of your membership expiry)
- Update the number of students enrolled (Pre-school-Year 6)
- Choose your payment details (choose invoice or credit card) and click Complete Membership Purchase
That’s it — your membership will be renewed for another 12 months 🎉
What happens next?

- Invoice: The KIDDO team will contact you shortly to confirm invoice details.
Please note:
You can only renew your membership within 30 days of its expiry. The Renew Now button will not appear until you are within this 30-day window.
